Too often we forget who we really are and get consumed with pleasing others and being what they want us to be. In working with you, I will try to understand you as an individual and create a non-judgemental space for us to work together to make sense of your world and the challenges within it. Feeling safe and able to talk about anything without fear of judgement offers the opportunity to cope better, grow and change in ways that you may otherwise have been unable to.
I provide a non-judgemental space for personal growth and an empathic, supportive relationship to work towards who you truly are and what you need in life.
